How our Service Agreements Work...

If you don't have a Service Agreement with us, you'll be paying

$40 / hour, plus a $10 house call charge, plus 50 cents per mile additional on the house call charge if you live more than 5 miles away from I-81*.  Parts and software packages are extra.

If we can't fix your computers at your location, at your option, we will either take your computer to our location for additional work or refer you to a computer Repair Shop in the area.  We'll charge you $30 / hour for work at our location.  Also if we need to do any research to find a solution for you, this will be at $20 / hour.  When work at our location is completed, we'll let you know, and you can either pick the computer up yourself, or we can deliver it for the cost of a regular house call charge.
 

Or, with a Service Agreement, you get a

50% discount on our regular hourly rate, plus our $10 house call charge is waived.  That means your hourly rate will be only $20 / hour, and if you live more than 5 miles from I-81, you only pay a 50 cent per mile house call charge on the miles over 5*.
 

You also get

Extended use of of our toll free Help Desk number (866-446-2424), extended Emergency Hours, free computer purchasing advice on our Help Desk number, access to our Computer Tips page, and access to our Utilities Download page.

PLUS, on our first visit, we'll evaluate your computer system, backups, and security practices to help you get the most from your investment.  We'll also do a Ghost backup of your system on our first visit - so you'll have an emergency CD backup of everything on your computer - and we'll do a data backup any time you need something done that might cause harm to your data.  And we'll offer you discounts on anti-virus, anti-spyware, and various other utilities if you need them.

AND, since the key to stress-free computing is a good backup strategy, we'll give you a $50 discount if you sign up for our Backup and Maintenance Agreement within 30 days of signing our Service Agreement.

To Start your Service Agreement

Call our Toll Free Help Desk number, 866-446-2424, and set up a time for one of us to come over to evaluate your computing environment.  There's no house call charge for this visit.  Our basic Service Agreement costs $400 and will cover up to 3 computers for 1 year.  Additional computers can be included in the agreement for $100 each.  Each covered computer must be listed in the Service Agreement contract by Model and Serial Number.  Any work required for computers not covered by the contract will be performed at regular non-contract prices.  Work on Network Devices is covered by the basic contract.  Parts and software packages are extra.  Contracts are for one year only and will need to be renewed upon expiration.

If we can't fix your computers at your location, at your option, we will either take your computer to our location for additional work or refer you to a computer Repair Shop in the area.  We'll charge you $15 / hour for work at our location.  Also if we need to do any research to find a solution for you, this will be at $15 / hour.  When work at our location is completed, we'll give you a call to schedule a time to bring your computer back to you, with no additional house call charge.
 

Remember, you can pay $40 / hour or more without a Service Agreement
