Our Privacy Policy

Probably everyone out there has stuff on their computers that they don't want other people to know about, and a bunch of people have a mess or something else around the house that they don't want other people to know about either.  The problem is, when I come in to repair your computer, there's a decent chance that I'll see some of it at some point or another.

So here's what I'll do to protect your privacy:  I give you my word that I won't tell anyone else about anything I see on your computers or in your house or hear you talking about, as long as it's not breaking the law.

If it's something that's breaking the law, and the police come and ask me about it, or give me a subpoena (sp?), I'll have to tell about it anyway.  In fact, if it's something that I can figure out without thinking about it that it's breaking the law, I'll have to go to the police myself.  So just don't do that.

Oh, I'm also not about to sell my customer database to any outside companies, so you don't have to worry about that either.

Thanks,
Tim
