What We'll Accept for Payment...

Country Boy Computers will take cash, credit cards, checks and money orders for payment of house calls. We require a credit card in advance if you want us to troubleshoot your computer over the phone.

In special circumstances though, we will take payment-in-kind (barter), both goods and services, especially if you've got any used computer equipment you don't need anymore.

Oh, I should mention here that we've got a $30 Bad Check Fee.

Hey, if you do need us to troubleshoot your computer over the phone, or if you need to pay by credit card for a Technician's visit, we've got a Pay Pal account, so all you need to do is click the button below.

Here's what you need to do to use our Pay Pal link:
1. Click on the Pay Now button, which will take you to Pay Pal
2. Don't login to Pay Pal. Just enter the amount of the support call charge in the box at the top right of their screen. Include the decimal places for "cents", even if 00.
3. Click on their Update Total button.
4. Click on their "Continue" link down by the pictures of the credit cards, in the lower left of their screen.
5. Fill out their entire form, Name, Credit Card info, including the 3-digit code on the back, the Address and Phone Number associated with the credit card, and even your Email Address, which they will use to send you a receipt notice.
6. Click on their Review Donation and Continue button.
7. Verify that the amount is correct, and then click on the Submit button.
I need to add a note about Pay Pal here:  They're a great service, but they're really only set up to accept payments for sales of products, or to accept donations.  The problem is that our product is a service, and our charge is based on how long our Technicians and Helpdesk Operators work for you, and Pay Pal just isn't set up to calculate that.  So, when you click on the Pay Now button, you'll be taken to their Donations page.  It'll be all the same to you, except you need to think "Services" instead of "Donations."

Thanks.
Tim
