Our Hours of Operation

For customers with a Service Agreement, we'll visit you pretty much at your convenience between the hours of 7am - 9pm, Monday - Saturday. Of course we'll have to schedule around existing appointments. In emergencies, we can be available whenever necessary.

For customers without a Service Agreement, our hours are Monday - Friday, from Noon - 8pm. In emergencies or extreme scheduling conflicts, we can also schedule on Saturdays from 9am - Noon and a few other times. Click here to see the details of our Emergency Service Hours.

!!!!! The above hours are based on our Full-Time Schedule. We are currently still on our Part-Time Schedule, and we probably will continue with that at least through November 1st, 2005. Call us to get the most recent update. Our Part-Time Operations Schedule for all customers is Monday - Thursday, 7pm - 9pm, and Friday and Saturday, 1pm - 8pm.

NOTE: I'm also still serving in the Air National Guard until at least October, 2007. This requires me to be unavailable all day on the first weekend of most months, or sometimes the 2nd weekend instead. There will also be 2-3 weeks sometime during the year when I'll be unavailable due to this same service commitment. Thanks for understanding.
