If you have a Service Agreement with us, we'll try to solve your problem right over the phone. If necessary, I'll come over to your house or business location as soon as possible.
If you do not have a Service Agreement with us, we'll schedule a time for me to come over. The charge will be $40 / hour, and there will be a house call charge of $10, plus 50 cents a mile if your location is more than 5 miles away from I-81. Click here to see our Service Call areas.
