She'll ask you if you'd like to leave us a message or if you'd like to speak to us in person. If you choose to have her call us, she'll forward your call to whichever Helpdesk Operator is on duty right then (it follows us around), but while it's dialing us, all you'll hear is silence. Don't worry or hang up; it'll get through to us eventually.
If for some reason we're busy or can't get to the phone fast enough, she'll come back and let you leave a message for us. We'll be checking it every so often, so it shouldn't take us too long to get back with you.
So please have a little patience, and let the technology work for you.
