Our Fee Schedule

Normally, during regular business hours, for a Technician to come out to your house, we'll charge $40 / hr.  Usually there's not any house call fee, but if your place is very difficult to get to, there might be a $10 house call fee too.

If our Helpdesk Operator can fix the problem over the phone, we'll charge $24 / hr for that, but we'll need your credit card information first, and that doesn't guarantee that we still won't have to send someone out to visit you.

If you want to bring your computer to our location, either because that might be easier for you, or to save some money, you'll have to ask the Technician if that's ok when he / she calls you.  This is because all of us work out of our houses, and the particular Technician assigned to your support call may not be able to accommodate that.  Also, we give our Technicians latitude as to whether they want to give a discount for a drop-off or not, but if they agree to giving a discount for a drop-off, we recommend a price of $38 / hr.

If your schedule is tight, and you need us to come by during our extended business hours (Mon - Sat, 6am - 8am, 8pm - 10pm, and Sun, 1pm - 10pm), then we're going to charge you for overtime, so it'll be $60 / hr.  And if you call us during those times, and we have to diagnose the problem over the phone, the Helpdesk Operator charge will be $36 / hr.

If you're having an emergency, and you need us to drop what we're doing and come over right away (within 2 hours of your call) during our regular or extended hours, we'll have to apply a $30 Priority House Call Fee. 

If your emergency is outside of our regular or extended business hours (the middle of the night, Holidays, or on Sunday morning), we'll charge you $80 / hr plus the $30 Priority House Call Fee.

Service Level Agreements will be negotiated and priced separately, depending on the circumstances of your business needs.
