Instead of employees, we're looking for Independent Contractors for both our Technicians and our Helpdesk Operators. The way we work is that you tell us when you're available, and then if a call comes in during that time, we'll assign you the work. Our Technicians and Operators get half of our charge for the jobs they work on, and if you really want to make some money, you can use our advertising materials to go generate work yourself.
